Sample requirements:
1. Bacterial: vol ≥ 200ul, fresh bacterial broth after 8-12h incubation.
2. Plasmid: conc. ≥ 50 ng/ul, vol ≥ 20ul.
3. Primer: conc. ≥ 10 um, vol ≥ 10ul.
4. PCR product: conc. ≥ 20 ng/ul, vol ≥ 20ul.
5. Non-purified PCR product: conc. ≥ 20 ng/ul, vol ≥ 30ul. Identified by GEP with clear bands
